Tattoo Event Details

Saturday sign-ups begin at 8:30 a.m.
Tattoo appointments run from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

No work-in-progress tattoos.

Up to four reservations per tattoo artist are available with a deposit.

Remaining slots will be walk-in only.

Saturday tattoos must be completed in under three hours.

No large tattoos on Saturday.

Large tattoos are allowed on Sunday by appointment only.

Craft fair entry fee: $20.

Massages by appointment are available on site.

Rooms, cabins, and camping facilities are available at White Tail Resort.

Rooms and cabins are limited, so book early.

Make Your Mark at White Tail Resort

Join us for our 20th annual tattoo and body piercing event. Six talented tattoo artists and a professional piercer will be available throughout the weekend.

Tattoo Reservation Instructions

Deposit required.

Walk-ins are still accepted on Saturday, September 26.
Saturday tattoos must be under three hours.
Sunday has no size restrictions, but reservations must be made directly with the artist.
Contact the artist of your choice before the event.
Submit your tattoo concept so the artist can prepare your design.
Deposits are non-refundable because the artist uses design time to prepare your tattoo.
After submitting your deposit, call the White Tail Resort office at 757-859-6123.
Confirm the deposit amount and select a time slot: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m.
Alternatively, sign up early at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the tattoo. Appointments are first come, first served.
