*Park Model RV: Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 Adults). 2-night minimum weekdays and weekends; 3-night minimum on summer holiday weekends, Beachfest and for some special event weekends.

During special events, weekends and holidays, a minimum stay requirement may apply. On stays of 2 or more nights, daily membership fee waived on departure day regardless of departure time (for example, arrive anytime Friday, depart anytime Sunday, pay only for Friday and Saturday). On one-night stays, additional daily membership fee applies if remaining on grounds after checkout time.
Deposit Policy*
All reservations are charged a deposit equal to the first night’s charge, including daily membership fee.
Cancellation Policy*
Cancellations must be made 5 days or more before the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a deposit refund less a $35.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 5 days from the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund. All cancellations must be made during normal office hours in person or by phone. Cancellations will NOT be accepted by Fax or E-mail.
